Can you believe it? After all these years Microsoft finally has an understanding for us. After all these messed up progress reports, butchered editor’s logs and unreadable camera reports it’s finally here: Microsoft Excel for iPad.
LockitNetwork users should be very happy – finally they can look up automated reports in an appealing form on the iPad. Before, the inbuilt “preview” was only roughly indicating. The basic version of Excel for iPad is for free, so a script supervisor’s tablet should never lack it again. With this version you are able to check all reports, but you can’t edit them – this you can do with LockitSCRIPT anyway.
The 100 bucks for the full version (in-app purchase) are rather steep. If you regularly want to set some reports’ numbers straight afterwards, you can go for it of course.
