Metadata don’t go on holiday. Two more productions will start these days using our comfortable on-set metadata service. The two-part TV movie “Die Himmelsleiter” is shot by the Bavaria Film while the TV series “Ein starkes Team – Bergers Vermächtnis” is being produced by the UFA Fiction.

Both Script Supervisors will enter the usual content information into our app right on set . It’s collected and stored in a cloud based databank. From there, the daily progress log, the editors log and so on are generated automatically. So the editor is provided with the finest metadata files (here it is ALE files for the AVID system).

That makes an excellent seamless metadata workflow that perfectly connects the set to the editor’s room and saves lots of time and energy. We wish both teams a pleasant production with easySCOTT!
