easySCOTT is perfect for the filming of TV series because there is a bunch of metadata to be tracked, there. But he’s fine for the big screen, too.

That is why we are happy to see Scotty working on his first cinema movie. The German title of the film to be is “Doktorspiele”. It will be produced in Frankfurt (Hesse) by the Lieblingsfilm GmbH and Fox International Productions. Script Supervisor Alisa Lepthin will enter a whole lot of metadata into her iPad during the next weeks: takes, comments, cast and all the rest.

That means for her she will be done with her work when the lights go off and won’t have to complete anything while the others go for their after work beers.
